Washington County Exterior Cleaning Services (Power Washing, Window Washing, Solar Panel Cleaning)

Background
Washington County Facilities & Parks Services is seeking a contractor to provide as-needed services for exterior cleaning, specifically power washing, graffiti removal, solar panel cleaning, and window washing across various County-owned and leased facilities.

The goal of this contract is to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of these facilities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Work Details
The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, cleaning products, and incidentals necessary to perform the work. Specific services include:

(a) Power Washing for exterior flat surfaces, vertical surfaces, structures, and site amenities;
(b) Graffiti Removal from multiple surfaces including metal doors and concrete;
(c) Solar Panel Cleaning scheduled one to four times per year at specified locations;
(d) Window Washing for both interior and exterior windows within County buildings.

All work must adhere to industry standards and be subject to inspection by the Contract Administrator.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will continue as needed based on service requests. Specific scheduling for services will be coordinated with the Contract Administrator.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various County-owned and leased facilities located in Washington County, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the work. The contractor must not subcontract any part of the work without prior written notice to the County. Bidders are required to provide a statement regarding their residency status as defined in ORS 279A.120(1)(b).
