Background
The State of Oregon, through the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) and its Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), is seeking applications from qualified providers to deliver employment support services to individuals with disabilities. Work Details
The awarded contractor will provide comprehensive Job Placement Services that include:
1. Referral Acceptance: Contractors must accept referrals from VR within seven days and submit invoices for payment.
2. Job Placement Plan: Develop a detailed plan outlining strategies for achieving CIE based on individual participant needs, submitted within 45 days of referral acceptance.
3. Monthly Reporting: Submit monthly job placement reports detailing participant progress and outcomes.
4. Direct Placement Services: Facilitate immediate job placements that align with participant goals and document placements through verification forms.
5. Job Coaching: Provide individualized coaching as authorized by VR to support participants in their job roles.
6. Community-Based Work Assessments (CBWAs): Conduct assessments at competitive integrated employment sites to evaluate participant skills and support needs.
7. Targeted Vocational Assessments (TVAs): Perform assessments to evaluate specific vocational skills at designated sites.
8. Career Exploration Services: Assist participants in exploring potential career paths prior to formal job placement services.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will run until June 30, 2025, with the possibility of extension up to five years based on performance.
Place of Performance
Services will be provided throughout the State of Oregon at various locations where participants are engaged in competitive integrated employment.

Applicants must be registered with the OregonBuys eProcurement system and comply with minimum qualification requirements including completion of specified training modules related to job placement services. Additionally, contractors must provide proof of insurance coverage as outlined in the solicitation documents.
