Vendor of Record - Factory Authorized Trane Commercial HVAC Parts and Repairs

Background
The State of Oregon, through the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST), is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Factory Authorized Trane Commercial Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Parts and Service.

The goal is to establish a vendor of record for ongoing parts and service needs, ensuring that all services are performed by authorized technicians.

Work Details
The resulting Price Agreement (PA) will cover the provision of factory authorized Trane Commercial HVAC parts and services. The scope includes:
- Delivery of parts to the Oregon Public Safety Academy located at 4190 Aumsville Hwy SE, Salem, OR 97317.
- Performance of services by an on-staff HVAC technician.
- Replacement parts must be factory authorized and compliant with specifications.
- The Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amount for the PA is set at $200,000.00, which serves as a threshold based on need as systems malfunction.
- Replacement of entire HVAC units or systems is excluded from this RFQ.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the Price Agreement is anticipated to be 5 years, with options to renew for up to a cumulative maximum of 10 years.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at the Oregon Public Safety Academy located at 4190 Aumsville Hwy SE, Salem, OR 97317.
