Clackamas Water Environment Services (WES), a department of Clackamas County, is seeking to procure UV disinfection equipment for wastewater applications. Work Details
The selected supplier will be responsible for providing a new UV disinfection system, including design services to finalize engineering details and deliver the equipment to KC WRRF for installation by a third-party contractor. Proposals must include:
1. A preliminary-level description of the UV System and a Preliminary Price Quote.
2. Design services for final engineering design based on the proposed UV System.
3. Delivery of physical equipment that is new and complete.

6. Long-term maintenance servicing capabilities within the continental United States.

- Supplier Selection and Final Design Development: Spring 2026 – Summer 2026
- Contractor Selection and Final Price Quote Negotiations: Fall 2026
- Construction: Equipment Installation: Spring 2027 – Summer 2027
- Startup, Testing, Operations, and Maintenance: Fall 2027 onward.
