University Housing Washers-Dryers RFP

Background
Western Oregon University (WOU), founded in 1856 and located in Monmouth, Oregon, is a public mid-sized university with over 3,000 students. The University Housing department accommodates a mix of first-year and upper-division students, including 900 residents across three residence halls, one apartment complex, and 56 family housing units.

WOU aims to enhance its student housing experience by providing efficient laundry facilities through this Request for Proposals (RFP) for rented or leased laundry equipment.

Work Details
The successful contractor will provide and install energy and water-efficient high-capacity washers and dryers in all student residences on the University campus. The machines will operate on a no coin/no card system. Proposals must include leasing prices for both front-load and top-load machines.
