Trainers, Facilitators, Coaches and Consulting

Background
The County is seeking suppliers who have expertise in one (1) or more of the following areas: Trainers, Facilitators, Coaches and/or Consulting. The Multnomah County Central Human Resources is seeking proposals from whom it may purchase Professional Training, Facilitation, Coaching, and limited Consulting services. This array of services promotes and sustains a county-wide culture of continuous learning and improvement, professional development, effective leadership, and organizational health.
Multnomah County employs approximately 6,000 people who work in six (6) general program areas: Health Services, Social Services, Justice Services, Library Services, Environmental Services, and Administrative Support Services.

Work Details
The County is seeking to contract with suppliers who can provide one or more of the following services: Training; Facilitation Services; Coaching Services; and/or Consulting Services. Respondents may be awarded Contracts for one or more of the above listed services. The RFP is seeking proposers who have expertise in four (4) areas: Training, Facilitation, Coaching, and Consulting.
Each service area has specific requirements detailed in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The Contract term shall be three (3) years with two optional one year extensions which can be exercised in whole or part.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) for the contract performance will be within Multnomah County.
