Three Rivers Casino, a tribally owned enterprise located in Florence, Oregon, is seeking qualified hospitality design firms to submit proposals for the renovation and modernization of its hotel lobby. The goal of this project is to enhance the overall guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and align the space with current brand standards.

Work Details
The project includes reconfiguration of the lobby layout, new finishes, furnishings, and construction of a glass partition between the casino and hotel lobby that balances privacy with visibility. Specific services required include:

- Design development
- Construction documentation
- Preparation of construction plans suitable for permitting
- Design and construction of an ADA-compliant ramp
- Specification of new flooring materials
- Selection and specification of lighting fixtures
- Design, fabrication, and installation of an ADA-compliant registration desk
- Functional staff workspace design
- Redesign of lobby layout to improve usability
- Design feature wall behind registration desk
- Specification and procurement of seating
- Design and install tempered glass partition
- New concierge desk design
- Replacement of entry doors.

Deliverables include conceptual design presentations, detailed layout drawings, architectural drawings (CAD, Print & PDF), material and finish selections.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award with a timeline for completion to be determined based on the proposal submitted by the selected firm.

Bidder Requirements
