Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is requesting supplemental information regarding specific A&E and Related Services experience relevant to the City of Hermiston Transportation System Plan Update. The Project aims to guide the next 20 years of growth in the community by addressing transportation challenges, development pressures, and incorporating regional plans.
The Current TSP, adopted in 1997, requires comprehensive updates to respond to population growth, transportation capacity issues, and implementation of multimodal improvements to the transportation network within the City.
Work Details
The Work Order Contract (WOC) is expected to include A&E and Related Services related to Transportation Planning, such as project management and coordination, analysis and recommendations, concept designs, public outreach, policy and plan development and adoption.
The WOC is anticipated to start in Fall of 2024 and is expected to be completed within 17 months. The funding source for the project is FHWA. The WOC payment will be made for completion of tasks and deliverables in conformance with PA requirements and all applicable standards.
