Terwilliger-Northgate Lift Station

Background
The Bureau of Environmental Services (BES) is responsible for managing the wastewater and stormwater systems in Portland, Oregon. The goal of this contract is to construct a sanitary lift station along S. Terwilliger Blvd to bypass a failing sewer pipe, ensuring the continued functionality of the sewer system.

Work Details
The contract involves the construction of a sanitary lift station and an approximately 450-foot gravity sewer line. Specific tasks include:

1. Construction of a new wet well;
2. Installation of a discharge maintenance hole;
3. Construction of a gravity line;
4. Provision and installation of mechanical equipment;
5. Installation of an electrical and control system;
6. Construction of a shelter;
7. Installation of all associated appurtenances necessary for the operation of the lift station.
