Search and Recruitment Services for Interim Superintendent of Schools

The Springfield School District No 19 in Oregon is seeking proposals from experienced executive search firms or individuals to provide consulting services for the recruitment of an interim superintendent. Work Details
The selected firm or individual will be responsible for engaging with staff, students, and the community to develop a candidate profile. Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate experience in conducting searches for interim superintendents in similar-sized districts. They should provide references from at least three comparable school districts preferably from Oregon. Additionally, proposers must comply with Oregon's tax laws for the past six years and undergo fingerprint-based criminal history verification for individuals having direct contact with students.
