Santiam Correctional Institution Asbestos Abatement / Flooring Replacement

Background
The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for project: Asbestos Abatement and Re-Tile Floor at SCI, 4005 Aumsville Hwy SE Salem, OR 97317 (Project), for the benefit of Department of Corrections.

Work Details
The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
The Project Estimate ranges from $1,000,000 to $1,500,000.
The Project Start Date is ten (10) Calendar Days from NOTICE TO PROCEED.
Substantial Completion is Three Hundred Fifty (350) Calendar Days from NOTICE TO PROCEED.
Final Completion is Three Hundred Sixty-Five (400) Calendar Days from NOTICE TO PROCEED.
Liquidated damages of $920.00 will apply to the contract resulting from this ITB if the Project is not completed within the specified time frame.

The Bid/Quote Date is 04/10/2024 and the Bid/Quote Due Time is at 2:00:00 PM (PST).
