Background
Washington County, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Salesforce CRM Development and Consulting Services for its Solid Waste & Recycling division. The goal is to enhance the functionality and user experience of the County's Salesforce instance, which has not been updated in 15 years.
Washington County Solid Waste & Recycling (WCSWR) is responsible for public education and assistance regarding waste management and recycling, helping businesses comply with local regulations.
Work Details
The contractor will provide services including:
1. System cleanup: Identify and remove unnecessary or unused data, elements, objects, features or fields.
2. Account architecture redesign: Streamline client account categorization to ensure only one account per client location.
3. Resource distribution and inventory tracking: Update how resources are tracked and incorporate an inventory tracking feature.
4. Review and update other Objects: Reconfigure objects used for account contacts, relationships, collection equipment, and service levels as needed.
5. Other tasks: Provide training to staff and assist with optimizing the Salesforce Maps environment for field staff or developing reports and dashboards.
6. Environment management processes: Document changes to software environment, assets, configurations, and assist in developing processes to monitor performance.
Period of Performance
The contract shall be effective upon signature and will expire on June 30, 2028.
Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations within Washington County, Oregon.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience in providing Salesforce CRM development and consulting services for corporate, nonprofit or government clients. They should describe their team composition including roles and expertise allocated to this project along with a cost sheet identifying hourly rates.
