RFQu 20242020 Grant-related Consulting Services Qualified Pool

Background
The City of Eugene is seeking grant-related consulting services and is inviting qualified consultants to submit their qualifications. The city intends to establish a pool of qualified consultants for providing grant research, writing, reporting, and administration services associated with the submission of Federal, State, private or other funding proposals and opportunities for the City of Eugene on a contractual and/or as-needed basis. The city may review the qualifications of the providers within the pool when a need arises and may enter into a contract with an appropriate provider.

Work Details
The scope of work includes a wide range of potential grant and planning services such as grant funding priority assessment, grant research, grant development/preparation, grant administration, management and reporting, and other grant-related services as required. The contractor is expected to provide services aligned with various areas including community/economic development, strategic planning and process improvement, communications and community engagement, emergency response planning or hazard mitigation, climate, environment, energy, sustainability, criminal and reparative justice processes and programs, environmental justice, housing and housing programs, building/code enforcement, fire protection services, infrastructure development/maintenance, technology and cybersecurity, innovation and data/business analytics among others.
Additionally, the City has an immediate need for grant-related services in the area of Climate and Sustainability.
