Background
The City of Eugene is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Organizational Development Consulting to establish a pool of qualified firms. Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee a contract, and periodic requests for updated qualifications may be made by the City. The City may reject any statement of qualifications not in compliance with prescribed procedures.

Work Details
The work includes providing organizational development consulting services as required by the City of Eugene. When a project arises, the City may review the qualifications of companies within the pool and enter into a contract with an appropriate provider for that specific project. The services may include:

Period of Performance
Qualifications for Organizational Development Consulting may be submitted until Friday, April 30, 2027. The contract will remain on the Qualified Pool list if found qualified. The City may request additional information or documentation prior to making a decision.
