Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking qualified appraisers to provide Right-of-Way appraisal services. The contract is between the State of Oregon, acting through its Department of Transportation, and a Consultant. The contract includes federal funds and has a DBE goal of 0%. The Contract Effective Date and Term, as well as the Statement of Work, are detailed in the contract.
Work Details
The Consultant is required to perform all services and deliver all deliverables as described in Exhibit SOW – Statement of Work. The services include appraisal or appraisal review fees, condemnation-related contingency services, and allowable and reimbursable expenses for condemnation-related contingency services.
The Consultant shall not provide any services until the contract has been signed by all Parties, all necessary State of Oregon approvals have been obtained, and Agency has issued a notice to proceed to Consultant.
