RFQ - OLCC Headquarters and Warehouse Plumbing

Background
The Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission (OLCC) is seeking bids from qualified plumbers to provide on-call and scheduled plumbing services at their Headquarters and Warehouse.
The goal of this contract is to support maintenance, repairs, and testing as needed for plumbing systems within the agency's facilities.

Work Details
The services to be provided under this contract include:
1. Drain Cleaning: Hydro jetting and drain cable clearing services, including camera inspections of underground sewer lines (hourly rate).
2. Water Heater Services: Diagnose issues, repair, replace, or install gas and electric water heaters (hourly rate).
3. Sewer Line Repairs: Installation and repair of sewer lines and under slab repairs (hourly rates).
4. Toilet, Sink, and Fixture Repairs: Install, repair or replace floor and wall-mounted toilets and urinals, including flush assembly replacement or repair; install, repair or replace wall-hung sinks and faucets; replacement of water supply shut-off valves and drain plumbing including in-wall cast iron waste line components (hourly rate).
5. Grease Trap/Oil Water Separator Cleaning: Pump grease traps and cleaning assemblies (hourly rate).
6. Drinking Fountains: Install, repair or replace drinking fountains including hanging support and plumbing modifications for drain line and water supply (hourly rate).
7. After Hours Emergency Service: Must be reachable at first call after hours from 5:00 PM to before 7:00 AM PST.

Period of Performance
Services are to begin upon execution of the contract and will be effective for multiple years.

Place of Performance
OLCC Headquarters and Warehouse located at 9079 SE McLoughlin Blvd., Portland, OR 97222.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide alternate proposals clearly marked if they offer products that meet or exceed the specifications indicated in the quote.
All pricing must be held firm for 30 days.
