Background
The Public and Government Affairs (PGA) of Clackamas County is responsible for providing strategic messaging and informative content to the public. Their mission includes connecting county residents with services, programs, and opportunities offered by Clackamas County.

To keep residents informed, PGA sends out an annual resource guide to all county households, with an estimated volume of 180,000 to 190,000 guides.

Work Details
The contract involves securing a two-year agreement with a printer to print the resource guide according to specified print requirements, prepare it for bulk mailing, and deliver it to the post office for distribution to all households in Clackamas County.

The printing specifications include:
- Printing on eco-friendly paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)
- A page count ranging from 24 to 40 pages (32 pages being standard)
- Self-cover
- Full bleed
- Text in 4cp/4cp format
- Saddle stitch binding on 10.875 inches
- Bulk packaging on skids for mailing.

The printer must maintain an up-to-date county mailing list and provide bulk mailing indicia. PGA will supply all artwork and ready-to-print files.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a two-year period with annual printings typically occurring in May each year.

Place of Performance
The printing must be conducted within the State of Oregon as per Oregon Revised Statute ORS 282.210.
