Background
David Douglas School District (DDSD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for parking lot striping and related services at various locations including schools and the District Office. The goal is to ensure proper marking and maintenance of parking areas to enhance safety and organization. The work is intended to be performed annually during the summer months of July and August, starting in 2026.
Work Details
The contractor will provide annual parking lot striping and related services, which include: pavement marking, striping, stenciling, curb painting, handicap space markings, and preparation services such as pressure washing and debris clearing. Specific requirements include:
- Use of water-based acrylic paint for asphalt and concrete surfaces in colors specified by the District.
- Compliance with state and manufacturer specifications for paint application.
