Background
The North Clackamas School District, Oregon's fifth-largest school district, is seeking proposals for architectural and engineering services for its 2026 Bond Program. This program, pending voter approval in November 2026, is estimated to exceed $245 million. It aims to enhance various facilities and systems within the district to better serve approximately 17,000 students across multiple schools.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services including:
- Site planning
- Design, permitting, bid assistance, and construction administration
- Cost estimating at each project milestone
- Participation in community outreach

The anticipated disciplines involved include architecture, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, landscape planning, interior design, IT and security systems, sustainability consulting, and more. The firm will also assist in selecting general contractors and engage in outreach efforts to communicate design concepts effectively.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award in June 2026 and continue until December 31, 2032.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily at various locations within the North Clackamas School District in Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
