- Policy and Clinical Guidance Surfacing
- Auto-Approval and Streamlined Review Support
- Intelligent Routing and Triage
- Determination Support and Letter Automation
- Reviewer Analytics and Operational Transparency
- AI Governance, Security, and Compliance.

The solution must integrate with existing systems like QNXT, SharePoint, and Excel while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations. It should also reduce processing times, overall costs, increase accuracy of assessments, enhance functional capacity, and minimize repetitive human tasks while ensuring that final medical necessity determinations remain under human authority.

Period of Performance
The anticipated contract start date is August 1, 2026, with an initial term of three years and options for two additional one-year renewals.

The contract will be performed at CareOregon's facilities in Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate experience providing similar services to nonprofit entities within the past five years. They are required to comply with specific insurance requirements including:
