The Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking one (1) certified ESB contractor to: Purchase, install, and test laser projector, LED TV, cameras, presentation and vocal systems, microphones, charging stations, mounts, cabling, electrical, and cable management items needed to run the system equipment along with required permits for functional use of conference room A/B at ODOT Garrett Building. Conference rooms are noted as meeting rooms 109A and 109B in project drawings.
Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to upgrade the conference equipment in its Garrett Building Conference Room A/B. This project aims to enhance the functionality of these meeting spaces, which can be utilized separately or combined for larger gatherings. The contract is specifically targeted towards certified Emerging Small Business (ESB) contractors as part of the Emerging Small Business Assistance Program under Oregon Revised Statutes.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for purchasing, installing, and testing various audio-visual equipment necessary for the functional use of conference rooms A and B at ODOT Garrett Building. The specific items include:

1. One (1) 98” smart, 4K, LED TV (Sony BRAVIA K-98XR50).
2. One (1) Rolling TV cart for up to 100”/200lb flat screen TV.
3. One (1) laser projector (Panasonic PT-REQ12 Series) with lens.
4. One (1) wireless dual presenter system with two lavalier microphones (Shure BLX188/CVL).
5. One (1) wireless dual vocal system with two handheld microphones (Shure BLX288/PG58).
6. Sixteen (16) wireless omnidirectional tabletop microphones.
7. Two (2) dual, 20 MP, 4K-sensor smart cameras for video conferencing.
8. All necessary mounts, connectors, wiring, cabling, and conduiting as per manufacturer’s instructions.
9. Electrical circuits as required by project needs.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will begin upon award and must achieve substantial completion by June 20th, 2025. Final completion is required by June 30th, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will take place at the ODOT Garrett Building located at 123 NW Flanders Street, Portland, OR 97209.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be certified as an Emerging Small Business (ESB) by the State of Oregon and registered with the Construction Contractors Board prior to submitting a quote. All subcontractors must also be registered with the Construction Contractors Board before commencing work on this project.
