Request For Proposal For Chipcrack Seal Work And Restriping Services

Background
Morrow County is seeking a vendor to perform essential maintenance services, including crack sealing, chip sealing, restriping, and ADA-compliant painting. This initiative aims to enhance the safety and accessibility of public parking areas within the county.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services at specified locations:

1. **Courthouse/Bartholomew Parking Lot** - 110 N. Court St., Heppner, OR 97836: Perform chip seal and crack seal application, restriping, and ADA-compliant painting for an approximate area of 3,030 sq. ft.

2. **Sheriff’s Office Parking Lot** - 325 Willow View Dr., Heppner, OR 97836: Execute two coats of crack seal application and restriping for an approximate area of 2,200 sq. ft.

3. **Fairgrounds Parking Area** - 74473 Hwy 74 LENA, Heppner, OR 97836: Conduct crack seal application for an approximate area of 2,200 sq. ft.

The pricing includes labor, materials, and equipment; any unforeseen site conditions may incur additional costs which will be discussed prior to proceeding.

Period of Performance
Work is to be completed before July 1, 2025 upon approval.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at three locations in Heppner, Oregon: Courthouse/Bartholomew Parking Lot, Sheriff’s Office Parking Lot, and Fairgrounds Parking Area.
