R2 Paving RFB - OR99W MP35.43 Fire Damage Inlay Paving Repair

Background
This solicitation is issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) as part of the On-Call Region 2 Paving Price Agreement series. The goal of this contract is to perform necessary paving repairs on OR99W in McMinnville, specifically addressing fire damage through inlay paving repair. ODOT aims to ensure the safety and functionality of the roadway for public use.

Work Details
The contractor will perform a 3" inlay paving repair on OR99W near Wilco in McMinnville. The work includes:
- Mobilization
- Temporary Work Zone Traffic Control
- Pollution Control Plan
- Cold Plane Pavement Removal, 3" Deep (178 SQ YD)
- Level 3, 1/2" Dense ACP Mixture (PG64-22) (30 TON)
- Hi-Build Paint, Extruded or Sprayed, Surface (90 FOOT)
- Permanent Surface Mounted Tubular Markers (1 EA).

The project requires compliance with domestic preference requirements and payment of prevailing wage rates as specified by Oregon law.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by September 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed on OR99W in McMinnville, Yamhill County, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Only price agreement holders under the On-Call Region 2 Paving Price Agreement series may submit bids. Contractors must comply with the domestic preference requirements of ORS 279C.303 and adhere to the State Buy America Provisions outlined in Price Agreement Exhibit A.
