Project #25001-1 Sewer & Septic Services

Background
The Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) is issuing a solicitation for on-demand sewer and septic services under Project #25001-1. The agency's mission is to provide safe and affordable housing to residents in Clackamas County, Oregon. The goal of this contract is to ensure timely and efficient sewer and septic services for HACC residential units and various administrative locations throughout the county, from Estacada to Wilsonville.

Work Details
The contractor will provide on-demand sewer and septic services, which include but are not limited to:

- Cable Main Sewer Line Through Cleanout
- Cable Main Line by Removing and Resetting a Toilet
- Cable Kitchen Line, Washbowl Line, or Laundry Line/Tub Through Cleanout
- Scour Jet Main Sewer Line Through Cleanout
- Toilet Auger
- Camera Inspection (including labor, USB drive, equipment, and video)
- Storm Drains (Catch Basin)
- Gray Water Extraction from Crawl Space (with specific pricing based on gallons pumped)
- Septic Tank Pumping (with pricing based on tank size)

All bids must include material costs, travel time, labor, fuel charges, and comply with local, state, and federal regulations. The contractor is also responsible for providing a warranty for snaking, jetting, and camera work if no line/lateral problems are found.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on April 15, 2025, and will be valid for a period of two years (730 days), concluding on April 15, 2027.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various residential units and administrative locations throughout Clackamas County, Oregon.
