Price Agreement for 2025 ADA Curb Ramp SCUPC

Background
The City of Portland, through its Bureau of Transportation, is issuing a Price Agreement for the construction of ADA curb ramps, sidewalks, curbs, and asphalt restoration throughout the city. This initiative aims to enhance accessibility and improve public infrastructure in alignment with the city's commitment to inclusivity and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing various construction services including but not limited to:
- Mobilization
- Installation of sediment fences
- Inlet protection (temporary type orange)
- Installation of concrete inlets (various types)
- Asphalt concrete pavement repair (11" and 17")
- Construction of concrete curbs and gutters
- Installation of concrete walks
- Construction of monolithic curbs and sidewalks
- Installation of ADA curb ramps with truncated domes on new surfaces
- Removal and reinstallation of existing signs
- Installation of sign support footings (breakaway)
- Lawn seeding, topsoil, and bark mulch installation.

The bid includes specific quantities and unit prices for each item listed in the bid form.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon execution and will last for one year, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods based on mutual agreement between the contractor and the City.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed within the City limits of Portland, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have a current active license from the Oregon Construction Contractors Board. They are required to submit a Non-Collusion Affidavit, comply with prevailing wage requirements as per Oregon law, and provide proof of EEO certification. Additionally, bidders must disclose first-tier subcontractors if their contract value exceeds $100,000.
