Pendelton Armory HVAC Upgrade Project

Background
The Pendelton Armory HVAC Upgrade Project is initiated by the Oregon Military Department (OMD) to enhance the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the Pendleton Armory. The project aims to improve operational efficiency and comfort for personnel utilizing the facility.

The contract will encompass all necessary labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services required for the successful completion of the construction work as outlined in the Invitation to Bid (ITB) and associated documents.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Removal of the existing direct-fired natural gas rooftop make-up-air unit.
2. Installation of a new standard efficiency packaged gas heating and DX cooling rooftop unit with return air that serves the drill area, in accordance with Attachment B Technical Specifications and Attachment C Plans and Drawings.
3. Salvaging all removed materials for ownership by OMD.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to commence within 15 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Substantial completion is required within 210 calendar days from this notice, with final completion expected within 240 calendar days.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed at the Pendleton Armory located at 2100 NW 56th Dr, Pendleton, OR 97801.
