OSCI Parking Pavement Maintenance Project

Background
The OSCI Parking Pavement Maintenance Project is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the State of Oregon's Department of Corrections. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the maintenance of parking pavement at the Oregon State Correctional Institution (OSCI), located at 3405 Deer Park Dr. SE, Salem, OR 97310. Work Details
The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of construction work related to the parking pavement maintenance project. The estimated project cost ranges from $1,830,000 to $2,000,000.

Period of Performance
The project is expected to start within ten (10) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Substantial completion is required within ninety (90) calendar days from this notice, and final completion must be achieved within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.

The work will be performed at the Oregon State Correctional Institution located at 3405 Deer Park Dr. SE, Salem, OR 97310.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on July 1, 2025. They are required to submit various documents including proof of registration with the Construction Contractors Board (CCB), acknowledgment of addenda, responsibility inquiry forms, and a first-tier subcontractor disclosure form.

Bidders must also provide bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of their total bid amount.
