Oregon City Quiet Zone - Tier 2 Local Agency

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking A&E and Related Services experience relevant to the Oregon City Quiet Zone project. The project aims to establish a railroad quiet zone in historic downtown Oregon City on crossings at 10th and 11th Streets, improve railroad safety for pedestrian-only crossings, foster economic transformation, support housing and business development, grow the Oregon City Regional Center, and advance the Willamette Falls Legacy Project.

Work Details
The services required include design, environmental, right-of-way, public involvement services through Final Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E), as well as construction engineering support or Contract Administration/Construction Engineering Inspection (CA/CEI) if required during the construction phase of the Project. The WOC is anticipated to start in March 2024 and be completed by June 2026.

The construction budget and estimate for the Project will be re-assessed by the Agency during the PE phase of the Project.

The project will be performed in historic downtown Oregon City on crossings at 10th and 11th Streets.
