OR282 (Odell Hwy) Maintenance Pave MP 0.02 to MP 0.48

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this contract for the maintenance paving of OR282 (Odell Hwy) from milepost 0.02 to milepost 0.48.
The goal of the contract is to ensure the roadway is properly paved and meets safety standards as outlined in the 2024 Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide all necessary work for paving OR282 MP 0.02 to MP 0.48, which includes:
1. Paving a 2-inch depth overlay using Level 3, 1/2 inch Asphalt Concrete Pavement (ACP).
2. Overlaying approximately 2350 feet in both directions (westbound and eastbound) between the intersection of OR281 (MP 0.02) and MP 0.48.
3. Paving up to 2 feet beyond the existing fog line with tapers to match existing ACP or to the existing edge of pavement where road width is narrower than 2 feet.
4. Providing flaggers and traffic control necessary for project completion.
5. Providing temporary pavement markings; permanent pavement markings will be provided by ODOT.
6. Work hours are weekdays from sunrise to sunset, excluding holidays unless approved by the Project Manager.

Period of Performance
The contract work must be completed no later than June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The project will take place on OR282 (Odell Hwy) in Hood River County, Oregon.
