ODOT Salem Building K And M Roof Clean And Coating

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to undertake a project involving the cleaning and coating of roofs at Buildings K and M located at the ODOT Airport Road complex in Salem, Oregon.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that the roofs are properly maintained and protected, with the application of a silicone roof coating that meets specific warranty requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:
1. Cleaning the roofs of Buildings K and M to remove debris and contaminants.
2. Applying a white silicone roof coating with the required thickness to ensure eligibility for a 10-year warranty.
