The Multnomah County Health Department (MCHD) is seeking proposals for nurse advice and triage services to assist clients outside of normal business hours, including weekends and holidays. The successful proposer will provide nurse advice and triage services that include:
- 24/7 access to registered nurses for medical triage and health questions

- Custom greetings and optional Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu
- Prompt reporting and quality assessment
- Multiple language interpretation services
- Integration with Epic Ochin preferred.
Nurses must be URAC accredited with active registration in Oregon.
