NOTICE - Special Procurement Request - Statewide Coaching Services

Background
The State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Administrative Services, Procurement Services on behalf of State Agencies and Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (“ORCPP”) seeks approval for Special Procurement # S-10700-00010959 for Statewide coaching services. The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is the central administrative agency of Oregon State Government with a mission to support state government in serving Oregonians.

Work Details
The request seeks approval to use an alternate, accelerated procurement process to establish a pool of coaches to provide coaching services to Authorized Purchasers. The proposed contracting procedure includes a four-step procurement process: Notice of approved Special Procurement, Initial Solicitation, Service Order Contracts or Purchase Orders, and Provider Pool Refresh.
The coaching services are aimed at supporting the growth and development of employees, empowering them, improving relationships, and encouraging new possibilities.

Period of Performance
The time period requested for the contract is from September 1, 2024, to August 30, 2034.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed statewide in Oregon.
