Notice of Intent to Purchase Juniper through NASPO Permissive Cooperative Procurement

Background
Clean Water Services (District) intends to purchase additional network equipment to enhance the District’s networks through a permissive cooperative procurement conducted by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO).
The District is a member of NASPO’s and ORCPP’s cooperative purchasing programs, which allows them to utilize State of Oregon Price Agreement No. 1606 for this procurement.
This notice is provided in accordance with ORS 279A.215.

Work Details
The District will purchase Juniper network equipment to replace outdated equipment, an extended hardware warranty, and Juniper Mist software for managing the Juniper devices.
The total cost for these purchases is $88,198.43, and the cumulative purchases under the Juniper contract will exceed $250,000 with this transaction.
The equipment will be sourced from Structured Communications Systems, Inc., a local authorized dealer for Juniper.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed as soon as the purchase is finalized, with no specific end date provided in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Clean Water Services located at 2550 SW Hillsboro Highway, Hillsboro, Oregon.
