Mt Tabor Annex Deconstruction

Background
The City of Portland is issuing a contract for the deconstruction of the Mt. Tabor Annex, which includes the existing Main Building and Annex down to the concrete foundations, as well as a covered pavilion down to concrete footings.

Work Details

Additionally, bidders must comply with various bidding requirements including submitting a bid security, non-collusion affidavit, and first-tier subcontractor disclosure if applicable.

The contract is expected to commence in July 2024, with bids due by August 6, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
