Medford Parking Lot Sweeping Services

Background
SAIF Corporation, an Oregon independent public corporation, is soliciting bids for parking lot sweeping services at their regional office located at 990 N Phoenix Road, Suite 101, Medford, Oregon.
The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and safety in the parking and sidewalk areas of the facility.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide weekly debris removal services which include:
1. Power blowing all curbs, corners, sidewalks, light poles, plant beds, and around the building where vacuum sweepers cannot reach (approximately 12,104 sq. ft.).
2. Using a truck-mounted vacuum-type sweeper or self-propelled mechanical sweeper to remove dirt, leaves, debris, sand, and gravel from the parking lot including entrances and exits (approximately 21,849 sq. ft.).
Additionally, the contractor must ensure staff are trained in personal protective equipment use and safe materials handling.
Services must be scheduled with SAIF’s Facilities Coordinator and performed during specified hours (5:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday).
The contractor is responsible for any damages caused during service and must adhere to SAIF's tobacco-free workplace policy.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for three years starting November 1, 2024.

The services will be performed at SAIF Corporation's office located at 990 N Phoenix Road, Suite 101, Medford, Oregon 97504-98448.
