Major Bridge Maintenance Delaney Bridge Deck Repair Project

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to perform bridge deck repairs for the Major Bridge Maintenance Delaney Bridge Deck Repair Project. The goal of this contract is to ensure the structural integrity and safety of the bridge by completing necessary repairs as outlined in the project plans.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of bridge deck repairs as specified in the project plans. This includes adhering to prevailing wage requirements and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The work must be completed in accordance with the specifications provided in the ITB and any attached documents, including plans and special provisions.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from the start date upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed until substantial completion by September 30, 2024, and final completion by October 7, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will take place at Delaney Bridge located in Marion County, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) prior to bidding. All subcontractors must also be similarly licensed. Bidders are required to comply with prevailing wage laws and provide proof of insurance coverage as specified in the ITB. Additionally, bidders must not have any liquidated or delinquent debt owed to the State.
