Logo wear apparel and promotional items

Background
The Bend Park and Recreation District is seeking qualified organizations to provide a wide array of logo wear apparel and promotional items for use throughout the District. This initiative aims to support branding, employee recognition, and outreach efforts as the current contract with Clear Media Promotions nears expiration.

The District operates over 3,000 acres of parkland and serves a population of approximately 106,000 people.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing various logo wear apparel and promotional items, including but not limited to clothing (screen print and embroidery), hats, lip balms, bicycle lights, key chains, and other promotional items.

The vendor must ensure quality products at competitive prices, timely delivery, responsive customer service, and maintain a customized website for staff orders. Specific product requirements include:
- 1,000 Frisbees (9”)
- 2,500 bike lights
- 1,000 BPA-free water bottles (24 oz.)
- Standard year-round t-shirts with screen-printed logos (2 locations)
- A 100% polyester snag-protection jersey with embroidered logos (2 locations)
- Embroidery services only.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be signed by June 30, 2025, with services fully implemented by July 1, 2025. The initial contract term will last until June 30, 2026, with options for four additional one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Bend Park and Recreation District Administration Office located at 799 SW Columbia Street, Bend, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must currently provide logo wear and promotional items to customers at the time of submitting their proposal. Proposals from organizations not meeting this requirement will be deemed non-responsive.

Additionally, proposers must provide proof of insurance coverage that meets or exceeds the requirements detailed in the solicitation.
