LIMS Implementation Services

Background
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), through the Office of Contracting & Procurement (OC&P), is issuing this Request for Quotes (RFQ) for professional services to support the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory (OSPHL) in replacing their existing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

The goal of this contract is to implement one or more new LIMS systems that will enhance the laboratory's operational capabilities.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive implementation services for the new Laboratory Information Management System. This includes, but is not limited to: system configuration, data migration from the existing LIMS, user training, and post-implementation support.

The vendor must demonstrate experience with similar projects and provide a detailed project plan outlining milestones and deliverables.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon execution on October 1, 2024, with specific timelines for implementation phases to be determined in collaboration with OSPHL.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory located in Salem, Oregon.
