Background
The Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) is seeking bids for the procurement of tomato ketchup. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) aims to acquire goods that will be delivered to ODOC’s Central Distribution Center located in Salem, Oregon. The agency's mission includes providing necessary goods for its operations, and this solicitation is part of their ongoing efforts to maintain adequate supplies.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of tomato ketchup, specifically requiring the following specifications:

- Goods must be Grade C or better as per USDA standards.
- The ketchup must be unflavored and prepared from sound, mature red tomatoes.
- It should have a smooth consistency with no more than slight separation of free liquid.
- Acceptable packaging includes cans or pouches.
- The product must contain a minimum of 25% solids.

An estimated two Full Truck Loads (FTL) are required for this item, with one FTL estimated at 952 cases or 40,000 pounds. Delivery is expected within 45 days after the issuance of a Purchase Order, with a second FTL scheduled 45 days thereafter.

Period of Performance
The contract's performance period will commence upon the issuance of a Purchase Order, with the first delivery expected within 45 days and subsequent deliveries as scheduled by warehouse staff.

Place of Performance
The goods will be delivered to the Oregon Department of Corrections’ Central Distribution Center located at 3601 State Street, Salem, OR 97301.
