ITB: Lane County Wheeler Pavilion HVAC

Background
Lane County Public Works Department is issuing a solicitation for the Lane County Wheeler Pavilion HVAC project. The agency's mission is to provide essential public services and infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to install a complete HVAC system that meets the needs of the Wheeler Pavilion.

Work Details
The scope of work includes providing a complete HVAC system which encompasses supply, return, exhaust, and ventilation ductwork. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for supplying mechanical equipment, supports, hangers, diffusers, grilles, registers, and all necessary appurtenances required for the installation.

Period of Performance
The completion time for this project is set for July 11, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Lane County Wheeler Pavilion located in Eugene, Oregon.

Bidder Requirements
Only Prime Bidders and Subcontractors that have been prequalified by Lane County may submit bids. Prequalification applications must include commitments regarding rates of pay, apprenticeship participation, and full-family health insurance for workers employed on the project. Bidders must also comply with State prevailing wage rate requirements as outlined by the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries.
