ITB Janitorial Services - Region 4 Bend Campus

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial services for the Region 4 Bend Campus.
This contract aims to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of various buildings within the campus, supporting ODOT's mission to maintain safe and efficient transportation systems in Oregon.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide janitorial services as outlined in Exhibit A - Statement of Services, which includes:
- Weekly cleaning tasks for Buildings A, B, D, G, J, K, L, and M (2 days per week for most buildings; 5 days per week for Building L - DMV).
- Monthly and yearly cleaning tasks as specified.
- Periodic services including hard floor care (2 times per year) and restroom hard floor care (2 times per year) for each building.
- Exception/Emergency cleaning services may be requested on an as-needed basis at a specified hourly rate.
- Invoices must detail the services performed, including names of individuals who provided the services and dates of service.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed by ODOT and will remain effective for four years unless extended or terminated earlier based on contract terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Region 4 Campus located at 63055 Hwy 97, Bend, OR 97703.
