Background
The Durham WRRF Odor Control Phase 3 Headworks Project No. 7202 is being issued by Clean Water Services, located in Tigard, Oregon. Work Details

3. Modify, re-route, and provide new foul air ducting and supports within the Headworks facility to connect to the new odor control fans and biofilter.
4. Demolish the existing odor mist scrubber including the existing odor exhaust fan, unused foul air duct, low-pressure air piping, and chemical piping.
5. Install and commission two Owner-furnished variable speed drives in the upper electrical room.
6. Install instrumentation and control stations along with associated conduits, conductors, and other necessary appurtenances for completion of the work.
7. Fill abandoned force mains within the footprint of the new biofilter with grout as indicated in the drawings.
8. Finish grading to integrate the biofilter into the earthen bank south of Headworks including a new concrete stairway alongside the north edge of the biofilter and a cart path extending south from the fan pad to the digester gas treatment skid.
9. Install site lighting for access around the biofilter, odor control fans, and cart path.
10. Install irrigation sleeves at hardscape crossings; final landscaping will be managed by Owner.
11. Install new drainage piping and manhole for connecting the biofilter drain to the existing sanitary sewer line.
Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by April 9, 2026.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board prior to submitting a bid for this public works project. They are required to submit a First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form identifying subcontractors that will furnish labor or materials equal to at least five percent of the contract price or $15,000 (whichever is greater). Bidders must also comply with prevailing wage laws as per ORS 279C.
