Background
The Central Building Upgrades Project No. 7316 is initiated by the agency to enhance and remodel an existing three-story office building constructed in 1999, covering an area of 83,000 square feet. The project aims to improve the functionality and aesthetics of the building while it remains operational for the owner.

Work Details
The project involves interior remodeling and general building improvements, including but not limited to: selective demolition, installation of new architectural elements such as metal fabrications, plastic-laminate clad cabinets, acoustical insulation, door hardware, glazing, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board installation, ceramic tile work, resilient flooring installation, interior painting, and installation of visual display units.

Specific items include:
- Enhanced sound privacy features in designated offices (e.g., changing wall types and installing sound barrier trims).
- Installation of lockable cage systems in storage areas.
- Code-required signage for accessibility compliance.
- Upgrades to HVAC systems including duct insulation and air terminal units.
- Electrical upgrades including low voltage power conductors and circuit breakers.

Bidder Requirements
