ITB - Central Building Upgrades Project No. 7316

Background
The Central Building Upgrades Project No. 7316 is initiated by Clean Water Services, aiming to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of an existing three-story office building constructed in 1999. The project is designed to accommodate ongoing operations while upgrading the facility's infrastructure and workspace.

Work Details
The project involves sequenced interior remodeling and general building improvements across approximately 83,000 square feet of office space, with about 27,000 square feet per floor. The scope of work includes:
- Demolition
- Structural enhancements
- Architectural modifications
- Mechanical upgrades
- Plumbing installations
- Electrical work

The upgrades will create new office spaces, conference rooms, washrooms, locker rooms, and utility areas.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by April 2, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Central Building Upgrades Project No. 7316 located at 15195 NW Greenbrier Parkway, Beaverton, Oregon 97006.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and qualified under applicable parts of ORS 279C to submit a bid for public works in Oregon. Additionally, bidders are required to submit a bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders and provide additional bonds and insurance as outlined in the bidding documents.
