Background
The Central Point School District No. 6 is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, and equipment required for sitework, infrastructure, and utilities to accommodate the installation of a prefabricated restroom building located at 5040 Upton Road, Central Point, OR 97502.
Work Details
The project scope includes the site work and utility infrastructure necessary for the installation of a prefabricated 6 restroom building, surrounding sidewalks, boot wash, and gravel RV pad with water, electric and sewer connections. The work is to be completed within the dates shown on the Cover Page of this ITB.
Period of Performance
The estimated project substantial completion is August 30, 2024.
Place of Performance
The construction phase services will take place in Jackson County, Oregon.
