Invitation to Bid for Balfour Park Improvements

Work Requested:
The City of Milwaukie is inviting bids from qualified and experienced contractors for improvements at Balfour Park. The scope of work includes:

• Bids must be submitted electronically by 2:00 p.m. PDT on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• There will be no public opening of bids.
