HVAC installation

Background
The Elkhorn Wildlife Area HVAC Project is initiated by the State of Oregon through its Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. The project aims to enhance the climate control systems at the wildlife area headquarters complex, which includes an office/shop building and the residence of the wildlife area manager. The goal is to install a mini-split HVAC system and a heat pump to improve heating efficiency.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following services:

1. Install a mini-split HVAC system in the office/shop building.
2. Install a heat pump to upgrade the existing heating system at the wildlife area manager's home.

Both installations must comply with relevant standards and regulations as outlined in Exhibit A (Statement of Work). The contractor must ensure that all work meets acceptance criteria specified in the Statement of Work, including delivery schedules and performance warranties.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will continue until all services are completed, with specific timelines detailed in Exhibit A. The exact termination date will be determined based on project completion and may be extended or terminated earlier as per contract terms.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Elkhorn Wildlife Area headquarters complex located in Oregon, specifically at two sites: the office/shop building and the wildlife area manager's residence.
