Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in vegetation management and possess special equipment including minimum 2.3bhp weed eaters (one per crew member plus backup), a Billy-Goat or Brush-Hog type mower, and a UTV capable of hauling gear to remote areas. Bidders are also encouraged to be certified as Minority, Women, Emerging Small Businesses (MWESB).
