ESB US26 & Hwy 35 Maintenance Stockpile Yard Paving

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is issuing this contract for the paving of the Maintenance Stockpile Site located at the junction of US26 and Hwy 35. The goal of this contract is to ensure the completion of necessary paving work to support ODOT's mission of maintaining safe and efficient transportation infrastructure.

This project is part of the Emerging Small Business Assistance Program under Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 200.160 through ORS 200.200, which aims to provide opportunities for certified Emerging Small Businesses (ESBs).

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of the paving project. Specific tasks include:
- Paving a 2-inch depth overlay using Level 3 – ½ inch Asphalt Concrete Pavement (ACP).
- Tapering all match points against existing ACP.
- Completing a portion of ACP placement inside the sand shed.

ODOT will provide prep work including sweeping and taper grinding. Work hours are weekdays from sunrise to sunset, excluding holidays unless approved by the project manager.

Period of Performance
The contract work must be completed by June 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will take place at the Maintenance Stockpile Site located at the junction of US26 and Hwy 35 in Clackamas County, Oregon.
