ESB ODOT Chemult Shop Lights & Generator

Background
The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to enhance the functionality and safety of its Chemult Maintenance Station through the installation of new shop lighting and a propane generator. This project aims to ensure that the maintenance station is equipped with adequate lighting and power supply, thereby supporting ODOT's mission to provide safe and efficient transportation systems in Oregon.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the installation of new shop lighting at the ODOT Chemult Maintenance Station and the provision and installation of a new propane generator on a concrete pad.

The propane piping is already stubbed to the generator location, and electrical conduit is installed; however, the contractor will need to extend and connect these systems. All necessary permits must be obtained by the contractor.

To perform this work, an Oregon Electrical Supervisor license, journeyman certification, or registration as an electrical apprentice is required.

The project locations include:
1) Shop lighting installation at ODOT Chemult Maintenance Station, 11031 Hwy 97 N Chemult, OR 97731;
2) Generator installation at ODOT Stockpile site at MP 86, Hwy 58 near US 97 junction (Latitude: 43.335582, Longitude: -121.762604). The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services necessary for completion.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to achieve substantial completion by February 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at two locations in Oregon: ODOT Chemult Maintenance Station located at 11031 Hwy 97 N Chemult, OR 97731 and ODOT Stockpile site at MP 86, Hwy 58 near US 97 junction.
